Kevin’s practice focuses on complex litigation matters, including construction defect and insurance coverage disputes. Kevin also represents business entities in litigation involving business dissolutions, contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, and target defendants (including business and government entities) in complex products liability and construction defect matters. Kevin received his juris doctor degree from Lewis & Clark Law School.
