Like many of the clients that we serve, RMB is a highly automated organization. We employ technology to more effectively organize the practice of law and to communicate with our clients.
We believe it is important to select and employ technological resources that are most effective for a particular matter and consistent with our client’s expectations and requirements. To conserve natural resources, we have created a paperless working environment. All information we receive is converted to an electronic file format and stored in a fully searchable database for easy access and retrieval by our attorneys and staff. While on assignment, our attorneys can access, receive and transmit information and data electronically. This tool is particularly important when the firm is involved in discovery proceedings or in trials occurring in remote locations.
Our firm strives for a secure working environment, and protects the confidentiality of client information. We employ the latest technology to support centralized processing, distributed desktop workstations and secure external internet connections. We also maintain security for network accounts and host systems and provide secure remote access to all files and data.
Litigation technology is evolving, and we consistently work to improve and update our systems where necessary. Our clients expect high quality and cost effective legal services and we employ technology to meet and exceed those expectations.
