Marla Quik

Marla's practice emphasizes complex litigation, including representing and advising clients in cases involving environmental, property damage, and construction defect issues.

During law school, Marla worked at the Lower Colorado River Authority in Austin, TX, and gained in-depth experience in natural resources law and water supply issues. Marla also clerked for the Port of Portland and the Western Resources Legal Center. During Marla's clerkship with the Western Resources Legal Center, Marla co-authored an amicus brief before the United States Supreme Court. Marla also earned a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College.

Prior to joining the firm, Marla advised a public entity and a private corporation in the defense of a multi-million dollar, large-scale environmental pollution cleanup.
